Ms Spaulding has been an exceptional interventionist and an invaluable member of our team. She consistently goes above and beyond to meet the needs of our students, ensuring they receive the support and encouragement necessary to succeed.
In addition to her dedication to students, Ms Spaulding is always willing to support her colleagues. She regularly steps in to cover classrooms when needed and offers thoughtful professional advice in a way that is supportive and never condescending. Her willingness to help creates a positive and collaborative environment for everyone.
Ms Spaulding also contributes to the school community by participating in extracurricular and staff activities, helping build a sense of connection and fun among staff and students alike.
